The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Development, Production (Including Purchase Of Materials), Testing And Supply Of Tungsten Components For The Compass Upgrade Tokamak (Hereinafter Referred To As Tungsten Components Or Items) Intended For The Compass-U Tokamak Experimental Device For Basic Research. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes The Suppliers Obligation To Deliver The Tungsten Components In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Contract And To Transfer The Ownership Right To The Tungsten Components To The Client. Tungsten Components Must Fully Comply With The Requirements And Specifications Set Out In The Contract, Including The Technical Specification. Details Regarding Performance Are Given In The Technical Specification And Contract Attached To The Tender Documentation.
