Expression of Interest for Mining Skills Development Services for Trinity Metals Ltd Location: KIGALI Deadline: Wednesday, 30/09/2026 11:00 Trinity Metal (Trinity Nyakabingo mines ,Trinity Rutongo mines and Trinity Musha mines Limited) is seeking for a qualified and local Rwandan service provider to undertake Mining Skills Development across the Company. Scope of Work for Mining Skills Development Services: The scope of the Mining Skills Developmentwork includes but is not limited to the following: Human Resource Development (HRD) and skills training strategy and systems design Identify skills required per role in various functional units. Design and deliver technical and behavioural skills training programs as per agreed schedule and operational needs identified, ensuring Health and Safety Standards are catered for. Design and deliver HRD supportive programs to Managers, Supervisors and Teams to unlock the potential of people, in line with the Trinity Strategy. Coordinate various initiatives and build internal capacity in Trinity Metals towards becoming self-sustaining in the field of HRD and Skills development. Provide guidance in the development and adjustment of training programs and materials in line with the risk profile. Provide a training plan and schedules to Trinity-Metals for planning purposes. Eligibility and Competency Requirements Interested parties must: Professionally recognized Mining Skills Development Organization. Registered in Rwanda for Mining Skills Development Services, 10 years experience in providing Mining Skills Development. All interested parties should submit an Expression of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents. Application Cover Letter introducing your Company/Individual expressing interest, availability, and a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience. CVs of proposed personnel demonstrating . Summary of qualifications and relevant experience. Indicative timeframe and approach. Details of at least three similar projects undertaken in the last five years. Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB. VAT Registration. Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA Submission to be forwarded to tender@trinity-metals.com by not later than 30th September 2026 at 11:00AM Local time. Expressions of Interest received after 11:00AM on 30th September 2026 at 11:00AM will unfortunately not be considered.
