The Scope Of This Tender Concerns The Provision Of Support For Ict Management And Implementation Of Ict Management In The Areas Of: • Service Level Management; • Technical Management; • Support Security Management. Within The Scope Of This Tender, The Contracting Authority And The Tenderer Work Together To Implement The Ict Management. A Further Description Of The Ict Management And A Further Explanation Of The Role Of The Contracting Authority And The Tenderer Is Described In Annex Xii Program Of Requirements For Ict Management. Purpose And Duration Through This Tender, The Contracting Authority Aims To Select And Contract One (1) Tenderer For The Provision Of Ict Management During An Initial Period Of Three (3) Years. The Contracting Authority Has A Unilateral, Optional Extension Option Of Seven (1) Times One (1) Year. Scope This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Lots. Subscribing For Part Of The Contract Is Not Permitted And Will Lead To Exclusion From Further Participation In The Tender Procedure. The Current Assignment In This Tender Represents An Estimated Assignment Value Of € 95,000.00 Excluding Vat Per Year, I.E. € 950,000.00 Excluding Vat During The Entire Term Of Ten (10) Years. Please Note: The Estimated Annual Order Value Excluding Vat Is Also The Ceiling Amount For The Annual Costs Of It Management. If The Annual Costs Quoted By The Tenderer In Annex Iii Price Sheet Exceed The Ceiling Amount, The Tenderer Will Be Excluded From Further Participation In The Tender.
