To Ensure Event Operations, Advance Measures For The Stage Management System That Can Be Implemented At Short Notice Are Intended To Ensure A Temporary Solution. The Proposed Interim Solution Must Ensure A Service Life Until At Least Summer 2028 And Possibly Even Until 2029. As Far As Possible, This Early Work Should Be Sustainable And Incorporated Into A Comprehensively Renovated Facility At A Later Date. Other Components Belonging To The Overall Stage Management System, Here Parts Of The Intercom Matrix, Audio Signal Processing, Control, Paging System With Distributed Loudspeaker Systems And Broadband Cable Network, Remain Functional. The Bidder Must Pay Particular Attention To The Interfaces Between New System Components To Be Procured And The Existing System; He Must Demonstrate That He Is Able To Process The Relevant Inventory Systems. The Bidder Who Has Previously Been Responsible For The System Is Entitled To Take Part In This Tender.
