1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Task Called: Thermal Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Kocoń. 3. As Part Of Order Part No. 1, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Works: 1) Works Related To The Insulation And Renovation Of The Facade (15 Cm Thick Polystyrene Layer); 2) Works Related To The Insulation Of The Foundation Walls (Xps Polystyrene Board With A Coefficient Of 0.033 W/(Mk), 10 Cm Thick, To A Depth Of 0.50 M Below The Ground Level; 3) Replacement Of Window Joinery With A New One With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of U = 0.9 W/(M2xk); 4) Replacing The Door Joinery With A New One With A Thermal Conductivity Coefficient Of 1.3 W/(M2xk); The Investment Will Be Implemented In Kocoń - Gm. Ślemień At Ul. Żywiecka 38, Plot No. 1181/9.5.The Details Of The Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Are Specified - For Parts Of The Order No. 1 And 2 - In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Including: Architectural And Construction Design, Energy Audits, Technical Designs, Technical Specifications For Construction And Acceptance And Bills Of Quantities (Auxiliary) According To The Given Part Of The Order, And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Draft Contract. Note: When The Valuation Of The Offer Should Include The Modernization Of Internal Lighting And The Replacement Of The Internal Electrical Installation. 6. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Should Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Of The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Matter Of This Order Will Be Located. Carrying Out An Inspection Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In This Procedure. The Costs Of On-Site Inspection Of The Construction Site Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. Construction Skills, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Documents Does Not Release The Contractor From, Among Others, The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Term Of The Contract And To Report To The Ordering Party Any Defects Or Omissions Resulting In The Possibility Of Failure To Comply With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violation Of Legal Provisions.8 The Contractor, Unless There Is No Causal Relationship Between The Performance Of The Works And The Damage Caused. The Contractor Will Be Liable In Particular For: 1) Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Relating To The Contractors Employees And Third Parties Staying In The Area Of The Works Being Carried Out; 2) Damage Resulting From Damage And Other Events In Relation To The Works, Materials, Equipment And Other Movable Property Related To The Performance Of The Works During The Execution Of The Subject Of This Contract; 3) Damage To The Works Caused By Him While Removing Defects During The Warranty Period And Warranty;4) Improper Securing Of The Construction Site And
