Construction, Legal Provisions, Polish Standards Or European Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And To Remove All Defects Occurring In This Subject During The Warranty And Guarantee Period, And Undertakes To Return The Subject Of This Contract To The Ordering Party Within The Time Agreed Therein. The Ordering Party Requires That The Gym Equipment Be Brand New And Free From Defects. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.
