1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Feeding Bisons In The Cisna Forest District In 2026, Including: 1) Delivery By The Contractor Of The Following Food For Bisons In An Amount Of 100 Tons: A) Sugar Beets - 100 Tons.2) Storage, Transport And Laying Out The Above-Mentioned Food In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party.2.The Contractor Will Purchase Feed On His Own According To The Following List: 1) Sugar Beets In The Amount Of 100 Tons - Roots Without Cuts, From The 2026 Harvest. Beetroot Will Be Planted For Bison From October To December 2026. Beetroots Must Be Cleaned Of Excess Clay. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That A Total Of 100 Tons Of Food Should Be Provided During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Store The Food At His Discretion, In A Place That Can Be Accessed In The Autumn And Winter Period And Put Out On The Dates, Locations And With The Frequency Indicated By The Ordering Party Each Time In The Work Order. The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Make Available To The Contractor A Site In Dołżyca And Kalnica For Storing Sugar Beets. The Ordering Party Informs That Feeding And Baiting Of Bisons Will Take Place In The Following Forest Districts: Buk, Habkowce, Krzywe, Liszna, Solinka, Jaworzec, Kalnica, Okrąglik, Smerek, Stare Sioło, Strzebowiska And Zawój. The Intensity Of Feeding Will Depend On The Places Where Bisons Concentrate.4.The Feeding Service Will Include: Purchase, Storage, Loading Onto A Means Of Transport Adapted To Travel On Paved And Unpaved Forest Trails, Transport To Feeding Places Located In The Above-Mentioned Forestry Areas And Placing Food In Feeding Places Indicated By The Forest District Employee - Forester Or Sub-Forester For Hunting, Successively According To Needs.1) Sugar Beets - Feeding And Baiting During The Period From October To December With The Frequency Indicated By The Ordering Party Each Time In The Work Order. 5. As Part Of The Feeding Service, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Clear Snow From The Feeding Areas In The Winter In Order To Place The Food Directly On The Ground And Enable The Bisons To Eat It. 6. The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. Justification: The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Must Complete The Entire Order. The Value Of The Order Is Lower Than The So-Called Eu Thresholds That Oblige To Implement Eu Directives. Directive 2014/24/Eu, In Recital 78, Indicates That, In Order To Increase Competition, Contracting Authorities Should, In Particular, Be Encouraged To Divide Large Contracts Into Lots. The Contract In Question Is Not A Large Contract Within The Meaning Of Recital 78 Of The Above-Mentioned Eu Directive (The Directives Apply From The So-Called Eu Thresholds, And The Directive Uses The Concept Of A Large Contract In The Context Of Contracts Subject To The Directive - I.E.
