The Purpose Of This Rfq Is To Establish A Multi-Year Agreement With A Successful Supplier For The Supply And Delivery Of Standardized Power Distribution Units As Described In Appendix A – Scope Of Detailed Requirements.The Intended Agreement Will Support Wcb’S Ongoing Operational Requirements, Including Lifecycle Replacement, Future Growth, Consistent Product Availability, Full Manufacturer Warranty And Manufacturer-Backed Support Coverage, Centralized Firmware Management, And The Ability To Access Volume-Based Pricing, Rebates, Or Other Manufacturer Incentives As Purchasing Thresholds Are Achieved During The Term Of The Agreement.
