1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation And Adaptation Of The Office Premises Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Office, Located On The First Floor Of The Existing Office Building At Ul. Jagiellończyka 13 In Gorzów Wielkopolski.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Renovation And - To The Necessary Extent - Reconstruction Of Interior Finishing Elements And Installations For The Proper, Safe And Functional Use Of Administrative And Office Rooms, In Accordance With The Design Documentation.3.The Purpose Of The Order Is To Obtain Rooms Of An Appropriate Technical, Functional, Aesthetic And Sanitary Standard, Adapted To The Organization Of The Offices Work. The Renovation Is Intended In Particular To Ensure Durability Of Finishes, Proper Lighting Conditions, Power Supply For Devices, Telecommunications Installations, Ventilation And Cleanliness.4.The Contractor Will Provide Personnel With Appropriate Sep Qualifications To Perform Electrical Works During The Renovation.5.The Design Documentation Specifies The Type, Scope And Method Of Performing Construction Works.6.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 7. All Materials And Devices Marked In The Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works With A Trademark, Patent Or Origin Or Precise Dimension Should Be Treated As A Description Of The Reference Product. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products That Will Have At Least The Features And Parameters Or Technological, Quality And Functional Expectations Consistent With The Description In The Technical Documentation Accompanying The Reference Product, Subject To Visual Compliance And A 5% Dimensional Tolerance. 8. If The Technical Documentation Describes The Subject Of The Contract Using Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor May Then, Using Documents Other Than Certificates Of Conformity, Demonstrate That The Product He Offers Meets The Requirements Arising From Standards Or Relevant Technical Specifications.9.The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance For Its Business Activities Covering The Period Of Implementation And The Value Of The Order. 10.
