1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Connections To The Bsp Landing Pad In Stalowa Wola. 2. The Basic Scope Of Works Includes, In Particular, The Execution Of Power And Fiber Optic Connections According To The List Below: A) Mostostal Building - The Order In Question Includes The Execution Of Electrical And Fiber Optic Installations Enabling The Connection Of Antenna Devices. Installation Of Antenna Devices According To A Separate Study (Outside The Scope - Tasks Carried Out By Pansa). The Designed Installations Will Be Powered From The Buildings Internal Installation, Under The Existing Contract With The Electricity Supplier. B) Bsp Ul. Kwiatkowski - This Order Includes The Construction Of An Electrical Power Supply And Fiber Optic Installation To Connect Antenna Devices. Construction Of The Helipad According To A Separate Study (Outside The Scope - Task Carried Out By Pansa). The Designed Installations Will Be Powered From The Existing Zk-P 051 Connector Via The Designed Cable Connection In Accordance With The Issued Conditions For Connection To The Power Grid. The Project Also Includes The Construction Of A Fiber Optic Connection To The Z Set. Connection To The Fiber Optic Network On The Side Of The Selected Internet Provider (Outside The Scope Of The Study).3. The Contractor, Under This Order, Is Obliged To Obtain All Necessary Permits, Arrangements, Decisions And Approvals Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractor Should Have Insurance Covering All Construction And Assembly Risks (E.G. Car, Ear) Related To The Contract For An Insured Amount Not Lower Than The Gross Offer Price Throughout The Entire Period Of Task Implementation. The Contractor Should Be Insured Against Civil Liability In Respect Of His Business Activity, Covering At Least Damage Suffered By Third Parties As A Result Of Death, Bodily Injury, Health Disorder (Personal Injury) Or As A Result Of Loss, Destruction Or Damage To His Own Or Third Party Property, As Well As Damage Caused By Errors (Material Damage), Arising In Connection With The Performance Of Construction Works And Other Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract For An Insurance Sum Not Lower Than The Gross Offer Price For The Entire Period Of Task Implementation.5. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Draft Contract, Which Constitute Appendices To The Swz. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are For Information Purposes Only. After Reviewing The Design Documentation And Other Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.6. The Contractors Obligations Include In Particular: 1) Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, In A Comprehensive Manner, In Accordance With Applicable Technical Conditions, Standards, Norms, Instructions And Other Regulations
