1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Meat, Meat Products And Cold Cuts To The Meat Warehouse In A Multi-Purpose Building Located At The Forest Technical Secondary School. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To Swz.2.Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Referred To In Art. 246 Section 2 Of The Act, Specifies A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz), In Particular In Terms Of: Organoleptic Parameters Of Meat, Cold Cuts And Poultry, Minimum Meat Content In Meat Products, Temperature Of The Products At The Time Of Delivery, Minimum Remaining Shelf Life, Packaging And Labeling Method And Disqualifying Features. The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Delivering The Articles To The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Meat Warehouse In A Multi-Purpose Building Located At The Prof. Jan Miklaszewski Forestry Technical Secondary School In Starościn At The Address: Starościn 34, 69-110 Rzepin) Using Its Own Transport Or Transport Provided By The Contractor, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Within The Dates, Range And Quantities Specified In The Ordering Partys Unit Orders, 2) Delivering The Articles In Intact Individual Or Collective Packaging Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product, Ensuring Food Safety And Maintaining The Required Temperature. The Information Required By Law Must Be Included On The Packaging Or In A Document Accompanying The Delivery, Depending On How The Product Is Placed On The Market. The Products Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Food Law Provisions And The Quality Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
