Tenders are invited for Provision of Catering Services at Qatar Energys Onshore and Offshore Locations. Bond: QAR 5200000 Fee: QAR 500 Tender Issue Period: 23/06/25 - 29/06/25 Bid Closing Date: 27/09/26 Bond Validity: 24/02/27- (150) days from the Bid Closing Date Offer Validity: 25/01/27- (120) days from the Bid Closing Date Scope of Work/Description: 1. The Scope of Services comprises of the following Parts: 1.1. Part A - Catering Services at Onshore Locations, i.e. Mesaieed (MIC, NGL and Refinery), Dukhan and Ras Laffan, which includes the following: a),,Provision of catering services including supply and storage of all foodstuffs, ingredients, consumables and raw materials, supply of necessary crockery/cutlery, kitchen and service utensils, maintenance of kitchen equipment, fire suppression system and cold storage, and cleaning and waste management of the mess, dining halls and kitchens, on continuous basis. b),,Provision of banquet setup, special meals during Management meetings/tours and VIP visits and supply of complimentary gift boxes for special occasions such as Ramadan and Eid, on call-off basis. c),,Operation and maintenance of Central Kitchen Facility (CKF) and Seafarer Centre (SC) at Ras Laffan on commercial basis. 1.2. Part B - Catering Services at Offshore Locations, i.e. Halul Island and Offshore Platforms, which includes the following: a),,Scope of Services shall be the same as items 1 a) and b) above and additionally, Contractor shall provide pantry services including the maintenance of coffee machines and supply of relevant consumables, on continuous basis. b),,Operation and maintenance of two (2) mini markets located at 600 bed accommodation area and Jetty Area in Halul on commercial basis. 2. The Tender has a provision to split award four (4) separate Contracts based on the Services locations viz. Onshore locations (Mesaieed, Dukhan, Ras Laffan) and Offshore locations.
