Development Consultancy Services - Selection Of The Contractor Of Expert Services In The Scope Of Verification Of Documentation Regarding The Implementation Of The Final Investment In The Area Of ​​Digital Transformation And/Or Greening Of Enterprises And Compliance With The Rules For Granting A Conditional Grant For The Repayment Of Part Of The Capital Of A Unit Loan. 1. The Subject Of This Order Is A Service Consisting In Conducting And Delivering Expert Assessments And Documentation Related To Applications For Granting A Single Loan, Performed By Experts Meeting The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party. The Order Will Include: Carrying Out A Maximum Of 350 Expert Assessments Under The Basic Order With The Possibility Of Increasing By A Maximum Of Another 350 Assessments Under The Option Right, Which Can Be Used Throughout The Entire Period Of The Order, I.E. During The Period Of The Basic Order And During The Period Of Exercising The Option Right. The Ordering Party May Use The Increase In The Number Of Expert Assessments In Whole Or In Part Under The Option Right, And The Unused Option Right Or Part Thereof Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
