The Subject Of Procurement Includes Procurement, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Connection, Testing And Commissioning Of The Clients New Data Infrastructure And The Migration Of Existing Systems, Applications And Data To The New Infrastructure, Including All Equipment, Services And Works Necessary To Establish Its Full Functionality. The Subject Of The Procurement Particularly Includes The Procurement And Establishment Of Server, Storage, Backup, Network And Security Infrastructure And The Infrastructure Of The Server Room, Including Server Cabinets, Cooling, Power Supply, Monitoring, Alarm And Fire Extinguishing Systems, Together With All Associated Equipment, Material And Assembly Accessories. The Subject Of Procurement Includes The Installation, Implementation And Configuration Of Equipment, Migration Of Existing Systems, Applications, Data And User Environment, Testing And Verification Of Functionality, Creation Of Documentation Of The Derived State, Transfer Of Knowledge And Provision Of Warranty And Technical Support, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Procurement Documentation. All Procurement Items Must Be Mutually Compatible And Delivered And Executed As A Unique, Complete And Fully Functional Technical Solution, In Accordance With Technical Specifications, Rules Of The Profession, Applicable Regulations And Requirements Of The Client.
