The Project Under Which The Order Is Awarded Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Entrusted To The Contractor, As Well As Restoration And Conservation Works In The Historic Orangery Building, Which Is Part Of The Potocki Palace And Park Complex In Radzyń Podlaski, And Adapting The Facility To New Social And Cultural Functions. The Potocki Palace And Park Complex Is Entered In The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Lublin Voivodeship Under Number A/303.3. The Construction Works Concern The Renovation Of The Orangery Building In The Palace And Park Complex In Radzyń Podlaski And Include: 1) Renovation Of The Roof Truss; 2) Construction Of Supporting Structures For Ventilation Units; 3) Renovation Of Chimneys; 4) Replacement Of The Roof Covering; 5) Insulation And Execution Of Façade Plasters On The Roof Dormers; 6) Thermal Insulation Of The Ceilings And The Sub-Floor In The Attic; 7) Renovation Of The Plaster Of The External Walls Facades;8) Renovation Of Plasters Of External Basement Walls With Insulation;9) Construction Of Basement Window Wells;10) Construction Of External Stairs;11) Demolition And Construction Of A New Terrace;12) Replacement Of Window Joinery;13) Replacement Of External Door Joinery;14) Execution Of Horizontal Insulation - Horizontal Diaphragm; 15) Construction Of A Perimeter Drainage;16) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System;17) Construction Of An Internal Water And Sewage System In The Scope Of Construction Of A Cooling Well Made Of Concrete Rings;18) Construction Of A Lightning Protection System And Equalizing Connections.4. Conservation And Restoration Works As Part Of The Renovation Of The Orangery Building In The Palace And Park Complex In Radzyń Podlaski Include: 1) Conservation And Renovation Of Stone Sculptural Decorations; 2) Conservation And Renovation Of Simple Stone Architectural Elements; 3) Conservation And Renovation Of Stucco; 4) Preparation Of Conservation Documentation.5. The Scope Of Work Entrusted To The Contractor, As Part Of The Renovation Of The Orangery Building In The Palace And Park Complex In Radzyń Podlaski, Also Includes The Purchase Of A Stair Climber To Ensure The Accessibility Of The Building For People With Special Needs, Including People With Mobility Disabilities. The Required Minimum Parameters Of The Stairclimber Were Specified By The Ordering Party In The Attached Technical Specification For The Stairclimber.5. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit And Design Documentation Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
