1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Buildings Of The District Court In Szczecinek. 2. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Szczecinek, In The Building At Ul. Bohaterów Warszawy 42 Building A And In The Building At Ul. Bohaterów Warszawy 42 Building B On Plot No. 1035, Precinct 0013 Szczecinek. 3. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Is Specified In The Design Documentation (Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works During The Courts Opening Hours. 6. The Bill Of Quantities Presented In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Is Only Informational Material And Does Not Constitute A Summary Of The Planned Works And All Expected Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities But Appearing In The Design Documentation Or Resulting From It Are Not Additional Works. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Design Documentation, The Design Documentation Is Decisive For Determining The Scope Of Works. The Contractor Cannot Demand Payment Of Additional Remuneration If, At The Stage Of Investment Implementation, It Turns Out That He Did Not Take Into Account The Elements Described In The Design Documentation. 7. Contractors May Submit An Equivalent Technical Proposal By Clearly Indicating In Their Offer, In A Separate Annex, The Changed Items, Then Providing All Information Necessary For A Complete Assessment Of The Equivalent Solution By The Contracting Authority, As The Burden Of Demonstrating The Equivalence Of The Content Of The Submitted Offer Rests With The Contractor. The Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Design Documentation Are Examples And Are Intended Only To Indicate The Standard And Technical Parameters To Achieve The Expected Functionality Of The Entire System, Not Worse Than That Referred To In The Documentation.
