The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including The Reconstruction Of An Elevator Shaft And The Replacement Of A Goods And Passenger Lift At The Long-Term Care Facility In Maków Podhalański (Ul. Mickiewicza 7, 34-220 Maków Podhalański).2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In This Specification, In Particular The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 1 To These Specifications, As Well As The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Specification.3.Elements Of Works Not Included In The Offer Calculation Or Priced, But Resulting Directly From The Tender Documentation (Functional And Utility Program, Specification), Will Be Deemed By The Ordering Party To Be Valued And Included In The Offer, Without Any Claims By The Contractor In This Respect. Due To The Above, Contractors Are Required To Carefully Check The Documentation And The Conditions Prevailing In The Investment Area. The Consequences Of Any Errors In The Offer Calculation Prepared By The Contractor Are Borne By The Contractor - He Must Foresee All Circumstances That May Affect The Price Of The Order. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Obtain All Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer, In Particular To Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site. 4.
