The Subject Of The Order Is The Project Entitled: Eliminating The Effects Of Industrial Activity Through The Adaptation Of A Post-Industrial Area In The City Of Kalety, The Forest Corner Of Silesia - Task Ii Consisting In The Recultivation In Order To Clear Part Of The Area Of Plot No. 169/16 In The City Of Kalety From The Waste Accumulated There, In Particular The Post-Caustic Sludge Lying On The Heaps Of Post-Causticization Sludge Along With Groups Of Self-Seeded Trees, Possibly Leaving Embankments, As Well As Cleaning Up All Green And Wild Waste Found In The Area Covered By The Study. The Project Is A Continuation Of Reclamation Works On Plot 169/16. It Occupies A Narrow Strip Of Land, Adjacent To The Area Where The Previous Recultivation Investment Was Completed. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop The Documentation Necessary To Carry Out The Above-Mentioned Recultivation Works. Area In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Environmental Protection Law, The Waste Act, The Construction Law, The Requirements Specified In This Functional And Utility Program And The Best Available Knowledge. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Design And Execute The Subject Of The Order Together With The Delivered Bill Of Quantities And Cost Estimate, Covering All Work Necessary To Complete The Task, Including All Fees And Taxes, Within The Deadline Specified In The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party. The Contractors Tasks Will Also Include Obtaining, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Permits And Permits Necessary To Carry Out Recultivation In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements And Performing Reclamation Works. As Part Of The Offer, The Contractor Undertakes To Design, Estimate And Perform The Following Works: Preparatory Works: − Temporary Fencing Of The Area Covered By Earthworks, I.E. Wooden Posts, Mesh; − Providing Facilities For Employees (Lab Container, Sanitary Facility, Power Supply); − Preparation Of Infrastructure For The Duration Of Land Reclamation: Temporary Roads, Traffic Organization, Temporary Squares, Etc.; − Necessary Surveying Works To Determine The Balance Of Masses To Be Transported After Extraction And Filling To The Design Elevation (Plot Elevation 161/16); − Cleaning The Area Of ​​All Green And Domestic Waste; − Grubbing Of Trees And Bushes; − Carrying Out Physicochemical Tests Of Waste Coded 03 03 02, In Order To Demonstrate The Basis For Losing The Waste Status In Accordance With Art. 14 Of The Waste Act And For The Purposes Of Identifying Potential Secondary Pollution (E.G. Local Contamination With Petroleum Derivatives); − Reclamation And Land Development Project; − Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions: Consent For Waste Extraction, Permission For Waste Processing And Permission For Waste Recovery Outside Installations, And Consent For The Removal Of Trees And Shrubs.
