2.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Development, Preparation, Production And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Educational Package Intended For Preschool Children And Students Of Grades I-Iii Of Primary Schools From The Partner Communes Forming Lubuska 9.2.2 The Order Will Be Implemented In Connection With Educational Activities Aimed At Promoting The Values ​​Of The European Union, In Particular In Relation To Childrens Human Rights. 2.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Audiovisual And Didactic Educational Materials Intended For Use By Pre-School Institutions And Primary Schools.3. Scope Of The Order 3.1.As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make A Total Of 10 Educational Films For Children.3.2.As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Design And Make 2 Original Muppet Theater Puppets, Which Will Be The Main Characters Of The Educational Cycle.3.3.As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop 4 Lesson Plans For Teachers, Including 2 Lesson Plans For Preschool Teachers And 2 Lesson Plans For Early Childhood Education Teachers Of Grades I-Iii, In Electronic And Paper Versions, In The Number Agreed With The Ordering Party.3.4.The Order Also Includes The Development Of A Creative And Substantive Concept For The Series, Preparation Of Graphic Designs For The Main Characters, Implementation Of The Animation Layer Of The Films, Preparation Of Materials For Online Publication And Transfer Of Archival Materials To The Ordering Party.4.Implementation Stages 4.1.The Implementation Of The Order Should Include Division Into Two Stages Corresponding To Subsequent Editions Of Project Activities.4.2.The First Stage Covers The 2026/2027 School Year And Concerns Preparation, 2 Muppet-Type Puppet Characters, The First 5 Educational Films And 2 Outlines, Including 1 For Preschool Education And 1 For Early School Education, Relating To The First Package Of Films.4.3.The Second Stage Covers The 2027/2028 School Year And Concerns The Preparation Of Another 5 Educational Films And 2 Outlines, Including 1 For Preschool Education And 1 For Early School Education, Relating To The Second Package Of Films.4.4.All Materials Created In Both Stages Must Maintain Substantive, Visual, Narrative And Didactic Coherence.5.Video Requirements5.1.Each Educational Film Must Be Approximately 7 Minutes Long.5.2.Each Film Must Contain A Staged Part With The Participation Of Muppet Theater Puppets And An Animation Layer Made In 2D Or 3D.5.3.The Animation Layer Must Have A Function That Explains And Supports The Educational Message, In Particular By Illustrating Social Situations, Emotions, Attitudes, Relationships Or Other Phenomena Discussed In A Given Material.5.4.Films Must Be Linguistically, Narratively And Visually Adapted To The Perceptual Abilities Of Preschool And Early School Children.5.5.Before Starting The Recordings And Working On The Film Form, The Contractor Is Obliged To Su
