1. The Subject Of This Order Is To Prepare And Conduct Practical Classes (Exercises) And Seminar Classes For Students Of Postgraduate Studies At The Medical University Of Warsaw Entitled: Aesthetic Medicine, Hereinafter Referred To As Studies, Which Will Take Place In Offices Conducting Medical Activities In The Field Of Aesthetic Medicine, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law And The Subject Of This Order. 2. The Detailed Program Of Studies, Adopted By The Resolution Of The Senate Of The Medical University Of Warsaw, Is Constituted As Annex No. 2.1 Postgraduate Studies Program, According To Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit Together With The Offer A Description Of Exercises And Seminars Containing A Schedule Of Classes For 6 Groups According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3.The Contractors Obligations Will Include The Execution Of The Order Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4.As Part Of The Studies For The Expected Group Of Max. 54 Doctors And Dentists (9 Meetings On Saturday And Sunday), The Ordering Party Expects To Conduct: 1) 67 Hours Of Practical Exercises, 2) 70 Hours Of Seminar Classes - Prepared And Conducted By Lecturers Indicated By The Contractor. Exercises And Seminars Thematically Related To The Lectures Conducted By The Ordering Party Will Be Conducted In Polish, In Groups Of No More Than 10 Students And Will Take Place On The Dates Of The Meeting, In The Offices Indicated By The Contractor, Located In The Capital City Of Warsaw. Bearing In Mind That The Ordering Party - The Medical University Of Warsaw Conducts Lectures As Part Of Postgraduate Studies In The University Units Located On The Banach Campus In Warsaw, The Ordering Party Requires That Seminars And Exercises Take Place At The Same Time In 6 Offices Indicated By The Contractor (In No More Than 6 Locations), Located No More Than 10 Km From The Central Railway Station In Warsaw And The Banach Campus, Considering That Year By Year There Are A Large Group Of Listeners From Outside Warsaw. Other Information Is Included In Chapter Iii Of The Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law. Reasons For Not Dividing: The Subject Of The Order Covers The Implementation Of Comprehensive Training In The Field Of Aesthetic Medicine For Students And Constitutes Functionally And Organizationally One Indivisible Whole. Dividing The Contract Into Parts Could Result In Excessive Technical And Organizational Difficulties Related To The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Several Contractors Implementing Individual Elements Of The Contract. As A Consequence, This Could Negatively Affect The Coherence Of The Training Program, Uniformity Of Teaching Standards And Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order.
