The Government Of Jersey Is Seeking A Supplier To Provide And Implement A Replacement Endoscopy Reporting System For The Endoscopy Unit At Jersey General Hospital.The Current Olympus Endobase System Is Due To Reach End-Of-Life At The End Of 2026, And The Replacement Solution Is Required To Support Continued Safe And Effective Endoscopy Services, Including Endoscopy Reporting, Image Capture, Data Storage And Audit. The Solution Should Also Support Structured Clinical Reporting, Jag Accreditation, National Endoscopy Database Integration, The Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, Audit And Performance Monitoring, And Appropriate Ai-Enabled Functionality.The Successful Supplier Will Also Be Expected To Deliver The Implementation Of The Solution, Including Migration Of Relevant Existing Endobase Data, Integration With Key Health And Care Jersey Systems Including Ims Maxims, Pathology, Pacs And Business Intelligence Platforms, Together With Testing, Training, Go-Live And Transition To Support. The Solution Must Also Meet Appropriate Clinical Safety, Cyber Security, Resilience, Information Governance And Data Protection Requirements.The Proposed Contract Will Be For An Initial Period Of Three Years, With The Option For The Government Of Jersey To Extend For Up To A Further Two Years In Two 12-Month Increments.
