The Performance Of An Ophthalmological Preventive Examination Of All Employees Of Rzok-Vratsa Who Work With Video Displays, Assessment Of The State Of Vision And Issuance Of A Document With A Medical Prescription By A Specialist In Eye Diseases, In Case Vision Correction Is Necessary For A Given Employee Of Rzok-Vratsa.The Services Will Be Performed In An Internal Medicine Office, A Clinical Laboratory Structure And In An Ophthalmology Office Of The Contractor. In The Office Of Internal Medicine, The Office Of Eye Diseases, As Well As In The Clinical Laboratory, The Appropriate Equipment Should Be Available, Through Which It Is Possible To Carry Out Examinations And Tests, Including Issuing The Necessary Medical Documents.Preventive Medical Examinations Should Be Performed By A Specialist In Internal Medicine With An Acquired Specialty Internal Diseases.Examination Of Urine For Protein, Ketone Bodies, Urobilinogen, Sugar And Sediment; Blood Test - Pcr Should Be Performed By A Doctor With A Specialty In Clinical Laboratory.Eye Examinations Should Be Performed By An Eye Specialist With A Specialty In Eye Diseases.The Schedule For Carrying Out The Examinations And Researches Of The Employees Of Rzok-Vratsa Will Be Prepared And Jointly Agreed Upon By The Employer And The Contractor After The Conclusion Of The Contract.The Total Number Of The Staff Of Rzok-Vratsa, Subject To Prophylactic Medical Examination, Examinations And Ophthalmological Prophylactic Examination Is Up To 60 /Sixty/ Persons.
