The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of Drinking Water And Draining Of Sewage For The Needs Of The Npg On The Kts City Of Pravets, At Tu-Sofia.The Public Order Includes The Following Activities: Supply Of Drinking Water, Sewage Removal (Sewage) And Wastewater Treatment. Estimated Quantities Are Specified In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Order Documentation. The Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Concluded For A Period Of Up To 60 Months.The Operator Is Obliged To Supply Water With Potable Qualities That Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulatory Documents - Ordinance No. 9 Of 16.03.2001 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Drinking And Domestic Purposes, Issued By The Minister Of Health, The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works And The Minister Of Environment And Water, Promulgated. State Gazette No. 30 Of 28.03.2001 Last Change And Add. Dv. No. 9 Of 23.01.2026, As Well As Removal And Treatment Of Waste Water By A Water Supply Operator.According To The Law On The Regulation Of Water Supply And Sewerage Services And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, The Commission On Energy And Water Regulation (Kevr) Has The Authority To Determine The Prices Of The Services Provided By The Operators. Kevrs Decisions Set Limit Prices For Water Supply Services.
