The Growth And Sustainable Renewal (Wne) Program, Which Emerged From Urban Restructuring, Serves To Support Cities And Municipalities In Coping With Economic And Demographic Change In Areas That Are Affected By Significant Urban Functional Losses And Structural Changes. The Measures Are Financed With Urban Development Funding From The Federal-State Program Wne Upgrade. These Funds Are To Be Used To Finance The Necessary Costs (Material Costs, Fees, Personnel Costs And, If Applicable, Pro Rata Sponsorship Costs). Public Relations Costs Are Not Included In The Target Value. They Are Financed Separately In Coordination With The Client. The Contract Extensions For Subsequent Years Are Subject To Budgetary Reservations.
