Plants – Green Garden Framework Agreement. Due To Extensive Planned Restructuring (Project Status) Within Aok Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland, The Client Cannot Currently Name Any Specific Total Quantities. The Estimated Total Volume For The Green Garden Tender Is Currently Around 1,723,000 Euros Net. The Maximum Value Of The Tender Is Set At 1,895,300 Euros Net. The Quantities Stated In The Price Sheet (Appendix 4) Are Based On Estimates; These Are Not Guaranteed Purchase Quantities. On The One Hand, The Information Serves To Determine The Most Economical Offer, And On The Other Hand, The Client Receives Comparable Offers. It Is Also Not Possible At This Time To Name The Exact Locations To Be Delivered Later. A Current Status Of The Estimated Locations With Location Information Can Be Found In The Attached Location Directory (Appendix 9). The Quantity Information In The Price Sheet (Appendix 4) Is Based On An Estimate For The Next 4 Years. We Would Like To Point Out That The Contractor Has No Right To An Order To The Extent Mentioned Above. In The Long Term, The Client Intends To Strive For Uniform Equipment At All Locations (Office Furnishings, Kitchens, Design Equipment) And For This Reason Reserves The Right To Continue To Advertise The Design Elements (Green Garden) Awarded As Part Of This Tender In A Product-Related Tender After Termination Of This Framework Agreement. The Green Garden Elements Specified In The Price Sheet (Appendix 4) Are Example Specifications For Pricing. In Addition, A Percentage Must Be Entered As A Discount On All Of The Manufacturers Products (Except Plants) In Order To Be Able To Order Other Design Elements From The Manufacturer If Required. The Elements Of The Green Garden Should Generally Be Available From Series Products. All Elements Must Represent A Functional, Technical, Organizational, Ergonomic And Formal Unit. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Begins When The Contract Is Awarded.
