Litter Pellets: Huf 30,000,000 The Quantities To Be Fulfilled At The Same Time Are Not Expected To Exceed 25 Tons. After The Successful Completion Of The Participation Phase Of This Procedure, When A Specific Procurement Demand Arises, The Procuring Entity Will Send The Invitation To Tender Via The Ekr To Those Applicants Qualified To Participate. During The Implementation Of The Dbr, The Tenderer Is The Kbt. Pursuant To § 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Technical Description, Quantities, And Contractual Conditions Of The Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The System Are Made Available To The Applicant Participating In The Dbr At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent, And At The Same Time, The Technical Description Of The Currently Known Products Is Also Published During The Participation Phase Of The Dbr.
