Cargo Handling And Storage Services – Relaunch Of Removal Services Of Archived Documents To The Departmental Archives Of The Pyrenees Orientales. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 36 Months And The Total Amount Of Services For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Defined As Follows: Minimum Threshold 5,000 Euros Excluding Vat Maximum Threshold 100,000 Euros Excluding Vat The Services Are Paid By Unit And Fixed Prices. The Purpose Of The Consultation Is To Provide Services Relating To The Moving, Transport, Handling And Reinstallation Of Historical Archives As Part Of The Restructuring And Extension Of The Departmental Archives And Archeology Building In Perpignan. The Archive Documents Moving Services Will Be Carried Out In Two Phases: - Phase 1: Transfer Of Archives From Building A To Building B. Re-Shelving Of The Destination Bays Is To Be Included In The Service, - Phase 2: Transfer Of Archives From Building B To Building A. Complete Dusting Of The Shelves In Place Before Repositioning The Archives And Occasional Re-Shelving If The Original One Was Not Optimal
