The Consultation Concerns The Organization Of A Restricted Project Management Competition With A View To Awarding The Project Management Contract Relating To The Reconstruction Of The Nordic Home And The Restructuring-Extension Of The Technical Premises Of Arpettaz, On The Confins Site In La Clusaz (74). The Program Includes The Deconstruction Of The Existing Nordic Home And The Construction Of A New Building Of 513 M² Su, Bringing Together The Functions Of Reception, Sales, Conviviality, Rescue, Waxing And Storage, As Well As The Conservation Of The Most Recent Part Of The Technical Premises Of Arpettaz And Their Restructuring-Extension Over 429 M² Su. The Operation Presents Significant Architectural, Functional, Landscaping And Environmental Issues, Given Its Location On The Confins Plateau, In A Sensitive Mountain Site. The Design Must Ensure The Coherence Of The Two Buildings, Their Insertion Into The Landscape, Their Adaptation To Winter And Summer Uses As Well As The Operational Constraints Of The Northern Domain.
