The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Preparing And Carrying Out Specialist Consultancy In The Field Of Creating Local Deinstitutionalization Plans (Lpdi), Together With The Development Of Lpdi For Local Government Units, Including Up To 1,600 Hours Of Specialist Consultancy In The Field Of Creating And Implementing Local Plans For The Deinstitutionalization Of Social Services (Lpdi), Including Up To 800 Hours In Stationary Form And Up To 800 Hours In Remote Form (On-Line). The Minimum Number Of Local Government Units That Will Be Covered By Consulting Is 35, And The Minimum Number Of Consulting Hours That Will Be Ordered Is 900 Hours (450 Hours Stationary, 450 Hours Online). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
