Various Surface Works – Abs Hu-Gn_Pfa 5.15_Preliminary Measures_Be Areas & Construction Roads. Construction Of All Be Areas And Construction Roads In Planning Approval Section 5.15 Of The Abs Hanau-Gelnhausen. The Section Is Part Of Route 3600/3677 With Railway Km 32.6 - 39.0 And Passes Through The Two Traffic Stations Langenselbold And Niedermittlau. Total The Volume To Be Produced Is Approx. 60 Be Areas (Pieces) With A Total Area Of Approx. 111,000 M² And A Number Of Approx. 33 Construction Roads (Pieces) With A Possible Total Length Of 15,600 M. According To The Attached Be/Bs Planning, The Be Areas Are Located Close To The Route And Are Connected By Construction Roads That Run Almost Continuously Parallel To The Railway Embankment With Occasional Cuts Into Agricultural Paths Developed. The Construction Site Clearance Is Carried Out By A Separate Contractor. During The Service Period For The Construction Of The Construction Roads And Construction Areas, A Separate Contractor Will Be Active And Available For Clearance Work In Parallel. Key Challenges: 1) To The North Along The Route There Is A Flood Area With Significant Flood Potential. 2) High Groundwater Levels: The Gw Levels In The Building Area Are Highly Dependent On Precipitation. Maximum Groundwater Levels Can Temporarily Reach The Top Of The Ground (Gok). 3) While The Be/Bs Measures In Pfa 5.15 Are Being Carried Out, Extensive Route And Station Renovations Will Take Place In The Adjacent Pfa 5.16 (Hailer-Meerholz) And Pfa 5.17 (Gelnhausen). The Construction Road Network And Logistical Junctions Must Therefore Be Partially Or Occasionally Shared At The Pfa Border By 5.15.
