The Construction Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer Of The Project. The Form Of The Contract Is A Shared Contract And The Basis Of Payment Is The Total Price. Side Contracts Subordinated To The Main Contract Are Plumbing, Ventilation And Electrical Work, As Well As Building Automation Works Procured By The Customer. The Customers Separate Procurement Is The Demolition Work, Which Is Done Before The Actual Construction Work.
