The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes: A) Comprehensive And Comprehensive Coverage Of The New Production And Warehouse Hall With The Bms System And Inclusion In The Existing Bms System For The Entire Facility Of The Białystok Science And Technology Park, Combined With The Expansion And Modernization Of The Existing Bms System In The Existing Buildings Of The Facility, B) Expansion, Reconstruction And Modification Of The Bms - Building Management System, Where Bms Is Understood As A Coherent Ict System Used To Automate Control Processes And Operation, Supervision And Management Of All Buildings Of The Białystok Science And Technology Park, Located In A Common Complex At Ul. Żurawia 71 In Białystok Together With A Newly Constructed Production And Warehouse Hall, Which Is Intended To, Among Others: • Control The Operation Of Ventilation Devices (Including Air Handling Units), • Control The Lighting And Heating (Cooling) Of Rooms, • Control The Lighting Of Common Parts Of Buildings And The External Area, • Monitor The Parameters Of Other Installations, Including Electrical And Sanitary Installations, • Enable Reading Of Electricity Meters And Water Meters As Well As Central Heating Heat Meters Of Individual Rooms Tenants,• Detect And Alert About Emergency Conditions, Such As Flooding Of Technical Rooms,• Monitor And Record The Pressure Difference In Five Pressure Differentiation Systems (Two In The Technology And Administration Incubator Building And Three In The Technology Center Building).C) The Bms (Building Management System) Must Absolutely Provide Identical Functionality And Fulfill Identical Roles And Functions As The Currently Operating System, And Must Additionally Take Into Account All New Functions, Functionalities And Extensions Designed In The New Project. The Constructed Bms System Cannot Omit Or Not Take Into Account Any Functionalities Present In The Existing Bms System, Unless The Resignation From Any Of The Functionalities, As A Conscious Choice Of The Ordering Party, Is Clearly And Comprehensively Indicated In The New Project, D) The Bms System (Building Management System) Must Be Made As A Coherent System Platform In Terms Of User Interface. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Combination Of Different User Interfaces, Requiring Switching Between Individual Interfaces During System Management; All Options And Functionalities For Managing All Elements Of The Bms System, Without Exception, Must Be Available In One, Coherent And Common User Interface, Including: Gui And Cli Interfaces. Single User Authorization Should Enable Access To All Options And Functionalities Of The Bms System, Without Exception, Such As: Lighting Management, Heating, Cooling And Ventilation Management, Reading Of Electricity Meters And Water Meters. E) Conducting Training For At Least 4 People Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Field Of Building Automation And The Bms System/Platform, And The Training Should Consist Of Two Independent Modules: - A Ge
