Internet Or Intranet Server Application Development Services - Agroecological Zoning. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing, Commissioning, User Education And Guaranteed Maintenance Of The Integrated Information System For Agro-Ecological Zoning Of The Republic Of Croatia (Hereinafter: Aez System). The System Must Represent A Central National Platform For The Collection, Management, Analysis, Modeling, Visualization And Distribution Of Agroecological Data And The Results Of Agroecological Analyses. The Goal Of The System Is The Establishment Of A Unique Digital Environment That Enables The Identification And Monitoring Of Agro-Ecological Zones, Assessment Of Benefits For Individual Agricultural Crops, Creation Of Scenario Analyzes And Support For Making Professional And Strategic Decisions In The Field Of Agricultural Policy, Natural Resource Management And Adaptation To Climate Change. The System Must Enable The Processing Of Large Amounts Of Spatial And Temporal Data, The Implementation Of Complex Analytical Processes And The Distribution Of Results Via A Web Gis Interface And Standardized Service Interfaces. In The Document Annex I - Agroecological Zoning Project Of The Republic Of Croatia 2025-2028. The Services And Functional And Non-Functional Requirements That The Delivered Application Solution Must Include Are Described In Detail. All Of The Above Are Necessary Elements Of The Delivered Solution. Phase 1 - Establishment Of A Geospatial Platform And Basic Functionalities Phase 2 - Development Of An Analytical System Of Agro-Ecological Zoning Phase 3 - Production Application Of Agro-Ecological Zoning Upon Completion Of The Project, The Client Must Be Delivered A Fully Functional Solution That Enables: 1. Calculation Of The National Agro-Ecological Zones Of The Republic Of Croatia 2. Assessment Of Suitability For Agricultural Crops 3. Comparison Of Different Climate Scenarios And Development Scenarios Of Individual Agricultural Crops Based On Input Data And Predictive Models 4. Centralized Spatial And Analytical Management Data 5. Web Gis Overview Of Agroecological Zones 6. Data Exchange Via Standard Ogc And Rest Services 7. Long-Term Upgradability And Sustainability Of The System
