Engineering-Related Scientific And Technical Services - Framework Contract For Geotechnical Support And Engineering Geological Model And Report Creation For Preliminary Subsoil Investigation For Offshore Wind Farms Within Zones 3, 4 And 5 Of The German North Sea Eez In Accordance With Fep. Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement From 2026 On Geotechnical Support, Including The Support Of Laboratory Investigations And The Associated Documentation From Geotechnical Exploration (Gb Ferkl) As Well As The Creation Of Engineering Geological Models And Geological And Geotechnical Reports (Geob) As Part Of The Preliminary Area Investigation In The German Eez. The Geological And Geotechnical Preliminary Investigation Of The Subsoil Is Part Of The Basic Information That Is Made Available To Potential Operators Of Offshore Wind Farms By The Bsh In Accordance With Section 10 Of The Windseeg. On The Basis Of This Data, Potential Developers Should Be Able To Assess The Suitability Of The Subsoil And The Costs Associated With The Construction Work. Further Geotechnical Exploration Is Planned Based On The Geophysical Data And Preliminary Evaluations. Among Other Things, The Exact Locations For Pressure Sounding Campaigns Are Determined And The Operations Of An Explorer Are Accompanied Both Onshore And Offshore. All Data Collected Will Be Used To Determine Further Locations For Drilling And Sampling And To Accompany The Execution. For This It Is Necessary To Create A Sampling Plan And A Laboratory Program. Furthermore, The Results From Previous Hydrographic And Geophysical Investigations As Well As Geotechnical Explorations Must Be Combined And Evaluated To Form A 3-Dimensional Engineering Geological Depth Model (Hereinafter Referred To As An Engineering Geological Model). The Description Of The Combined Data Basis (Hydrography, Geophysics, Geotechnics) And The Engineering Geological Model Form The Core Of The Geological Report. The Geological Break And The Coordinated Geotechnical Data Report For Preliminary Area Exploration (Gdf), Together With The Underlying Engineering Geological Model, Represent The Central Products Of The Engineering Geological Preliminary Investigation Of The Subsoil. The Scope Of Services Can Be Summarized As Follows • Accompanying And Monitoring The Geotechnical Exploration Work On Board The Explorers Ships. The Following Exploration Methods Are Used: O Indirect Exploration (Pressure Sounding): Continuous Pressure Sounding With Recording Of The Pore Water Pressure (Cptu) From The Seabed Until The Termination Criterion Is Reached Discontinuous (Overdrilled) Pressure Sounding With Recording Of The Pore Water Pressure At The Bottom Of The Borehole (Dhcptu) Up To A Maximum Of 80 M Below The Seabed (According To The Ags Specifications) O Direct Exploration (Drilling With Sampling) Up To A Maximum Of 80 M Below The Seabed (According To The Clients Specifications) O Borehole Geophysical Measurements (Ps-Logging) At Each Exploration Location From A Maximum Of 80 M Below The Seabed To The Minimum Depth Below The Seabed (Approx. 10 M) • Preparatory Work To Determine The Pressure Sounding Locations With Regard To The Engineering Geological Model • The Determination Of Locations
