Electricity – Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Electricity And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Sites Of The Municipality Of Pirdop. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Activities Of Supply (Sale) Of Net Active Electrical Energy (Low/Medium/High Voltage) By The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances At Sites Of The Municipality Of Pirdop. When Performing The Public Procurement, Energy Monitoring Should Be Carried Out, If Necessary, With Own Or Hired Means Of Measurement And Communication, And The Necessary Schedules And Reports Should Be Presented To The Contracting Authority. The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulations: The Energy Act (E), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee). Estimated Electricity Consumption For 12 Months, Total Cost And Monthly Electricity Consumption Are Indicated In The Presented Table In Appendix No. 1.1, Part Of The Technical Specification. The Contractor Carries Out The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Performs The Functions Of The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For All Sites - Low, Medium And High Voltage For The Needs Of All Sites Of The Municipality Of Pirdop, Indicated In The Table Attached To The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1.1. The Total Estimated Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Sites Of The Contracting Authority For A Period Of 12 /Twelve/ Months Is ≈ 610,014 Mwh, For 24 /Twenty-Four/ Months It Is ≈ 1,220,028 Mwh, And With The Included Possibility Of Renewal For Up To Another 12 /Twelve/ Months It Is In The Amount Of ≈ 1,830,042 Mwh.
