Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Protection Analytical Framework Research (Gaza Strip). Service Location: Gaza Strip Tender Description TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT: Consultancy Services for Protection Analytical Framework Research (Gaza Strip) Overview Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH) and the Palestine Association for Education and Environmental Protection (PAEEP) invite qualified individual consultants or consultancy firms to submit technical and financial proposals for conducting a Protection Analytical Framework Research under the project The research will analyze the overall protection environment and severe threats facing vulnerable populations in Gaza, including women, PLWs, unaccompanied children, adolescents, PWDs, and chronic disease patients, to inform future strategic programming (ECHO HIP 2027). Key Responsibilities & Scope Conduct a desk review of internal case management/psychosocial datasets and secondary Gaza protection reports. Develop qualitative and quantitative data collection tools tailored for protection practitioners and high-risk groups. Conduct primary field data collection (surveys, KIIs, and 16 Focus Group Discussions across accessible governorates). Host a stakeholder validation workshop and produce a final narrative report (max 30 pages) with a 2-page executive summary.Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience delivering Protection Analysis or similar services in Gaza or fragile conflict settings. Proven experience in gender-/conflict-sensitive research, Do No Harm approaches, and quantitative/qualitative tools (KoBo, SPSS). Advanced degree in social sciences, gender studies, protection, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
