Finance, Design, Build, Operate & Transfer (FDBOT) of the Proposed Epworth Square Development at No. 2, Station Road, Kollupitiya for Methodist Trust Association of Ceylon (MTA) The invitation solicited herewith would be for interested proponents to express their interest to make an offer for the development of the subject property of approx. 100 perches on the basis of a Finance, Design, Build, Operate & Transfer (FDBOT) contract, applies though to completion, the envisaged development being a minimum of Middle Rise Development or as proposed by the Investor/developer that can offer a satisfactory return for the MTA. Only the Investors who have not been blacklisted for performance, locally or internationally, and who possess valid business registration in Sri Lanka or an acceptable business registration in overseas will be eligible to apply. The MTA project committee would scrutinize the responses to the EOI and would issue an application form requesting for information of the Proponents for the subsequent shortlisting of prospective Proponents who would be eligible for receiving the Request For Proposal (RFP) to make an offer for the selection of the Investor/Developer.
