The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Part C Of The Teaching Building Of The State Academy Of Applied Sciences In Chełm At Ul. Wojsławicka 8B, Together With The Performance Of Works In The Business Premises Located In Building A. The Order Constitutes One Subject Of The Order And Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Preparatory And Security Works; Demolition, Dismantling And Demolition Works; Construction And Reconstruction Of Walls, Ceilings And Structures; Plastering, Plastering, Painting, Flooring And Cladding Works; Replacement Of Door Joinery And Installation Of Aluminum Joinery; Construction And Replacement Of Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Ventilation, Central Heating, Electrical, Telecommunications And Lighting Installations; Installation Of Sanitary Equipment; Carrying Out Tests, Tests, Adjustments And Measurements; Reconstruction, Cleaning And Accompanying Works, As Well As Submission Of Complete As-Built And Acceptance Documentation. The Detailed Scope, Technical, Material, Technological, Quality And Acceptance Parameters Are Determined By The Opz Together With The Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities And Other Technical Annexes. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, And The Basis For The Valuation Is The Entire Scope Resulting From The Order Documents And The Implementation Conditions Identified During The Mandatory On-Site Visit.
