1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Following Scope Of Works In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art: Execution And Commissioning Of The Investment Provided For In The Agreement Entitled Renovation Of The Chapel At The Municipal Cemetery In Szczecinek And Removal Of Its Defects Found During The Performance Of Construction Works And During The Warranty Period For Physical Defects And Quality Guarantee, Which Will Be Able To Independently Fulfill An Economic Or Technical Function To The Extent Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), 2) Stwiorb, 3) Bill Of Quantities - Ancillary, Subject To Section 3.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works Referred To In Section 1 Specifies The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 1 And Annex No. 10 To This Swz.3.The Bill Of Quantities Presented In The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Contract Are Only Informational Material And Do Not Constitute A Summary Of The Planned Works And All Expected Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities But Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or Resulting From It Are Not Additional Works. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Above-Mentioned Is Decisive For Determining The Scope Of Works. Opz. The Contractor Cannot Demand Payment Of Additional Remuneration If, At The Stage Of Investment Implementation, It Turns Out That He Did Not Take Into Account The Elements Described In The Above-Mentioned. Document. 4. The Subject Of The Agreement Performed By The Contractor And Handed Over To The Ordering Party Will Be Fully Consistent With The Agreement And Will Meet The Needs For Which It Is Intended.5.Contractors May Submit An Equivalent Technical Proposal By Clearly Indicating In Their Offer, In A Separate Annex, The Changed Items And Must Then Provide All Information Necessary For A Complete Assessment Of The Equivalent Solution By The Contracting Authority, As The Contractor Bears The Burden Of Demonstrating The Equivalence Of The Content Of The Submitted Offer. The Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Design Documentation Are Examples And Are Intended Only To Indicate The Quality Standard And Technical Parameters To Achieve The Expected Functionality Of The Entire System, Not Worse Than That Referred To In The Documentation.
