The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Improving The Road Surface Of District Road No. 4931P On The Section From Provincial Road No. 434 To The Town Of Bukownica, On The Section From Km 0+000 To Km 1+380. 1) Preparatory Works, Including Reconstruction Of The Route And Height Points, Surveying Services, Bush Cutting And Demolition Of Existing Road Elements; 2) Execution Of Earthworks, Including Excavations For The Construction Of A Culvert Under The Road; 3) Drainage Of The Road Body, Including The Construction Of A Culvert Made Of Pehd Pipes Ø1000 Mm With End Walls, Strengthening Of Slopes And Restoration And Desilting Of Ditches; 4) Construction Of The Upper Structural Layers Of The Surface, Including The Leveling Layer Of Ac16w And The Wearing Course Of Sma 16 Jena; 5) Construction Of A Reclaimed Asphalt Surface On The Exits And Relocation Of The Existing Paving Stones; 6) Connections Of The New Surface Structure With The Existing Structure Using A Reinforcing Mesh; 7) Execution Of Finishing Works, Including Strengthening Ditches And Slopes, Cutting And Hardening Of The Roadsides With Bituminous Reclaim And Surface Consolidation Of The Roadsides; 8) Construction Of Culverts Under The Exits From Pehd Pipes Ø500 Mm Along With End Walls And Accompanying Works; 9) Installation Of Steel Protective Barriers; 10) Installation Of Curbs And Concrete Stops Along With The Construction Of Concrete Footings; 11) Implementation And Maintenance Of Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works. 12) The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
