The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Ordering Party, Consisting In: A) Collecting, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items In Domestic And Foreign Traffic While Maintaining The Timely Delivery Indicators Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of April 29, 2013 On The Conditions For The Provision Of Universal Services By The Designated Operator (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1026) And In Accordance With The Rules For The Provision Of Services Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Ppu; B) Return Of Parcels To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them Or Handing Them Over To The Recipient; C) Direct, Daily Collection By An Authorized Representative Of The Contractor Of Parcels Prepared For Shipment, In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Ppu; D) Sending The Parcels Delivered By The Ordering Partys Representative To The Facility Indicated By Contractor, Located Closest To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Ul. Bracka 4 In Warsaw.3.2. Detailed Information Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) With Annexes, Including In Particular Annex No. 1 To The Ppu Rules For The Implementation Of The Service And Annex No. 2 To The Ppu Rules For The Implementation Of The Service Of Collecting Correspondence From The Ordering Partys Registered Office.
