The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Services Consisting In Providing Access To Cafeteria Services (Cultural And Educational Services, Including The Purchase Of Books, E-Books And Audiobooks, Sports And Recreational Activities And The Possibility Of Purchasing Codes Or Vouchers Of Value) And Sports And Recreational Services (As Part Of Subscriptions) Via A Digital Platform Of Non-Wage Benefits.2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option), Which Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Order Completion Period By Another 12 Months.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee Activation Of The Option. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Execution Of The Order (Including The Use Of The Option) Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
