The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Complete Reconstruction Of The 1St Floor In Order To Restore And Modernize The Operation Of The Restaurant. From The Two Rooms In The Southern Part Of The Building, Which Were Used As Shops, A New Kitchen For The Restaurant And A Lounge Will Be Created, Which Will Not Be Operationally Connected To The Restaurant. In The Northeastern Part Of The 1St Floor, There Will Be A Beverage Warehouse Accessible From The Exterior Through A New Entrance Door And A New Bar With A Tap. The Building Modifications Will Consist Of The Execution Of New Ceramic Floors, The Wc Will Have New Ceramic Tiles Incl. New Furnishings. A New Barrier-Free Toilet Will Be Created In The Northern Part Of The Social Facilities, And A New Separate Toilet Will Be Created Near The Lounge For His Needs. New Doorways Will Be Created In Some Load-Bearing Walls Connecting Individual Operations, And A Bar With A Tap Will Be Created In The Restaurant By Demolishing A Larger Opening In The Eastern Wall. The Bridges Will Be Made Of Steel Beams. A New Cassette Acoustic Ceiling Will Be Suspended From The Ceiling In The Restaurant And Lounge. All Interior Doors Will Be New, All Door Frames Will Be Repainted. The Painting Of The Entire 1St Floor Will Be New. The Exterior Windows And Doors Will Remain The Same, The Entrance Door Will Be Refurbished. All Technical Equipment On The 1St Floor Will Be Completely New – Electrical Installation, Internal Water Supply And Sewerage, Gas Pipeline, Air Conditioning And Heating. The Terrace On The North Side Of The Building Will Be Repaired - The Wooden Elements Will Be Newly Painted, The Floors Will Be Paved With New Interlocking Tiles, The Roofing Will Be New Sheet Metal.More Information In The Details Of The Tender Documentation.The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts.
