Grimstad Municipality (Client) Is To Buy 8 New Turnkey Homes With Associated Common Rooms, Staff Base, Outdoor Area, Access And Parking. The Homes Must Be Adapted For People With Disabilities. The Building Must Be Modern, Functional And With A Completed Architecture. After The Municipality Has Bought The Homes, At Least Five Of The Homes Will Be Sold On To The Users Of The Homes And A Housing Association Will Be Established.The Homes Should Be Located In Ordinary Living Environments And In Places That Promote Social Interactions And Should Be Placed Within A Belt That Is Approx. Extends From Østerhus In The West To Vollekjær In The East (See Appendix 1, Map 1 For Further Details). The Walking Distance From The Homes And To The Nearest Grocery Store And Bus Stop Along The Public Transport Axis Must Not Be More Than Two And One Kilometers.The Principles Of Husbankens Guide For The Location And Design Of Care Buildings (See Appendix 1A) Must Be Followed.The Housing Units With Associated Escape Routes Are Placed In Risk Class 6.
