Descriptioninnlandet County Council At The Transport Department Invites Competition For The Following Contract Work: Operation And Maintenance Tasks, With Independent Responsibility For Some Of The Tasks, On County Roads And County G/S Roads With Associated Side Facilities, Side Areas, Equipment And Installations In Contract Area 3409 Valdres 2027-2033. In The Event Of A Conflict Between Information In The Competition Implementation Tool And Attached Documents (Appendices/Appendices), Information In The Documents (Appendices/Appendices) Applies Before Information In The Competition Implementation Tool. The Assignment Includes Operation And Maintenance Tasks, With Independent Responsibility For Some Of The Tasks, On County Roads And County G/S Roads With Associated Side Facilities, Side Areas, Equipment And Installations In Vang, Vestre Slidre, Øystre Slidre, Nord-Aurdal, Sør-Aurdal, Etnedal, And Parts Of Nordre Land, Vågå And Gausdal Municipalities In Accordance With The Road List Given In Chapter D2-V. As A Result Of Gran Municipality Being Transferred To Akershus County Municipality, Parts Of The Contract Area Will From 1 September 2028 Be Transferred To Operating Contract 3410 Land Hadeland. The Transfer Includes The Contact Network In Nordre Land And Gausdal As Well As Parts Of Etnedal, Nord-Aurdal And Sør-Aurdal. About 142 Km Of Road Will Be Transferred To Operating Contract 3410 Land Hadeland From The Same Date. This Applies To Winter Roots 17, 18, 19 And 20. The Quantities In The Contract Are Calculated On The Basis That The Units Linked To These Roots Are Only Included In The Contract In The First Contract Year. The Road Network Covered By The Assignment Consists Of: 628 Km Of Road In Total, Of Which 612 Km Are County Roads And 16 Km Are County Highways. Traffic On The Road Network Varies From Approximately Ådt 50 To Approximately Ådt 3,500. The Assignment Mainly Includes Routine Operational Tasks And Maintenance Tasks On The Road Network. The Assignment Also Includes Supervision, Inspection And Registration, Planning Of The Business, Preparedness Regarding Winter Operation And General Traffic Management, Documentation, Reporting To The Client, The Work Is Settled According To Unit Prices. The Contract Applies For The Period From 2027-09-01 To 2033-08-31 For All The Tasks Described. The Developer Has The Option To Extend The Contract By 12 Months, From 09/01/2033 To 08/31/2034.
