The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Service For Hemofiltration Equipment, In Order To Guarantee Its Correct Functioning, Safety And Operational Continuity, Complying With Current Regulations. In Addition, The Provision Of Spare Parts, Repairs And Improvements Is Contemplated, With Adequate Response Times And Guaranteeing Minimal Alterations In The Hospitals Operation. In This Context, It Is Essential For The Hospital, Considering The Lack Of Trained And Qualified Personnel To Carry Out The Various Maintenance On Institutional Equipment, To Adopt Measures That Allow Providing Care To Our Patients, Enabling Their Continuous And Timely Care, Which Is Why It Was Considered Necessary To Entrust Said Work To Third Parties, Considering That There Is A Market Of Providers That Offer The Services Required By The Hospital Through Service Contracting Mechanisms, Through Public Bidding In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 19,886.
