The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Retrofitting A Playground As Part Of The Task New And Safe Devices In Playland (Reagan Park) - Implemented In The Design And Build Formula From The 2026.2 Citizens Budget. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Includes: 1) 1St Subject Of Acceptance: Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Final Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Works.2) 2Nd Subject Of Acceptance: Comprehensive Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Approved Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of The 1St Subject Of Acceptance.3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Being The Subject Of The Contract And During The Warranty And Quality Guarantee Period For Construction Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz.
