1. Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is To Select A Contractor Who Will Perform Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Modernization Of Ul. Witolińska On The Section From Ul. Łukowska Towards Ostrobramska In The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City. Warsaw.2.Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: A) Preparation Of Necessary Design Studies Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including, Among Others: Development And Approval In The Road Traffic Management Office Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Agreement On The Surface Structure Design In 2 Copies, B) Preparation Of Other Design Studies (If Their Preparation Turns Out To Be Necessary) In 2 Copies, C) Obtaining A Building Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of Construction Works (If Obtaining Them Proves Necessary), D) Execution Bills Of Quantities As A List Of The Works Expected To Be Performed In The Technological Sequence Of Their Execution Along With Their Detailed Description In 2 Copies, E) Carrying Out Tests, Measurements, Checks, Expert Opinions And Other Activities That Will Prove Necessary To Be Performed To Complete The Subject Of The Order, F) Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Approvals And Decisions, Required By Law And Separate Regulations, Etc. To Enable The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, G) The Contractor May Not Use In The Design Studies Any Wording That Could Indicate On A Specific Contractor Or Manufacturer Or Which Would Eliminate Specific Contractors Or Producers, Preventing Them From Submitting An Offer Or Would Create A Situation In Which One Of The Interested Contractors Would Be More Privileged Than The Others, H) It Is Prohibited To Make Provisions In Design Studies That Would Hinder Fair Competition By Pointing To A Specific Product, Material Or Device. I) Comply With Order No. 1682/2017 Of The President Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw,J) Presenting The Design Studies To The Ordering Party For Approval,K) Recording The Design Studies In An Electronic Version In Pdf, Doc, Xlsx And Dwg Format On Cd/Dvd (Or Other Electronic Medium) In 1 Copy,L) Carrying Out The Works Based On The Completed Design Studies After Marking Out The Works In The Field By An Authorized Surveyor,M) Preparing As-Built Documentation In Paper And Electronic Versions In 1 Copy,N) Performing Authors Supervision By The Designer Over The Execution Of Construction Works To The Extent Resulting From The Construction Law, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Work Is Set Out In Annex No. 11 To The Swz, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program.
