The Planned Works Do Not Change The Function Of The Facility, But Only Adapt Its Layout And Technical Standard To Current Utility Needs. Renovation Works Include: • Separation Of Toilet Rooms And A Social Room Using G-K Wall Technology, • Adaptation Of The Main Room To Function As A Consultation Point, • Renovation Of Rooms, • Removal Of Damaged Plasters And Construction Of New Ones, • Construction Of New Partition Walls And Ceilings, • Replacement Of Windows And Doors, • Installation Of New Flooring Layers, • Modernization Of Ventilation, • Modernization Of Water And Sewage Installations, • Replacement Of Panel Radiators, • Replacement Of Electrical Installations, • Equipment (Colors To Be Agreed And Approved With The Ordering Party).
