The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Professional Oboe, Brand New, Unused, Not The Subject Of Exhibition Or Commercial Presentation, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, From Current Production, I.E. Not Older Than December 2025, Or An Equivalent Instrument (In Accordance With The Principles Of Equivalence Described In Point 4 Of The Opz), Together With A Set Of Case, Cover And Accessories, In Accordance With The Requirements Described In Point 2 Of The Opz, For The Needs Of The Orchestra Łódź Symphony Philharmonic. Artur Rubinstein In Łódź. The Accessories Referred To In The Preceding Sentence Are Standard Factory Equipment Attached To An Instrument Of This Class And Are Therefore Included In The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: Opz - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Opz And Ppu Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory; Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is Not A Criterion For Evaluating Offers And Is Only Subject To Verification In The Meets/Does Not Meet Formula. If The Manufacturers Warranty Is Granted For A Period Longer Than The Minimum Period, The Manufacturers Warranty Period Applies. Detailed Warranty Conditions Are Specified By Ppu. Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 4 Pzp, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Refer To Trademarks, Patents, Origin Or A Specific Manufacturer, Subject To Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 And Art. 101 Section 4 Pzp. The Only Reference In The Opz Indicating A Specific Material Is The Specification Of The Wood Species In The Requirement For The Body Of The Instrument (Point 2 Of The Opz). The Ordering Party Indicates That In The Case Of Specifying The Wood Species In The Requirement Regarding The Body Of The Instrument In Point 2 - Grenadilla (Dalbergia Melanoxylon), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, This Reference Is Accompanied By The Individual Phrase Or A Material With Equivalent Acoustic Parameters And Dimensional Stability, Placed Directly Next To This Requirement. If A Material Other Than Grenadilla Wood Is Offered, The Contractor Shall Indicate The Exact Name Of The Material In The Offer Form In Point V Subsection 2 And Submits The Manufacturers Technical Description, Catalog Card Or Other Documents Allowing The Ordering Party To Assess Equivalence In Terms Of Acoustic Parameters, Dimensional Stability And Durability Of
